Returns and Exchanges
If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials, you can start a return or exchange at any time. Things like seams falling out or zippers breaking are returnable, refundable, and replaceable. We will ask you to send us a picture of the defect to verify you have a product that needs attention. If you are unsure, always contact us and we will do our very best to make sure you are taken care of. Ordinary wear and tear of these products is not covered.
